Comparisons Built Around Men's Health
Most GLP-1 comparison sites are copy-pasted from the same template. We focus on what actually matters for men.
TRT Compatibility Flagged
GLP-1s normalize testosterone in most obese men, but not all. We flag which providers offer TRT under the same roof in case yours doesn't bounce back.
Real Pricing, No Guesswork
We pull current pricing directly from each provider and update this page monthly. No inflated "starting at" numbers designed to get you in the door.
LegitScript & Pharmacy Checks
We note LegitScript certification and 503A/503B pharmacy sourcing where available, and flag any provider with an active FDA warning letter.

Compare All 39 Providers โFrequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between compounded and brand-name GLP-1s?
Brand-name drugs like Ozempic® and Wegovy® are FDA-approved and made by Novo Nordisk. Compounded versions use the same active ingredient (semaglutide) but are prepared by compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are NOT FDA-approved โ they haven't been reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They're legal when there's a documented shortage (which exists for GLP-1s) or individual patient need.
Why would I want a provider that also offers TRT?
Research shows GLP-1s can normalize testosterone in 77% of obese men. But if yours doesn't improve, having TRT available through the same provider makes the transition seamless. Plus, unlike TRT, GLP-1s preserve fertility โ so it may be the better first option if you're planning to have kids.
Are these providers legitimate?
All providers listed work with licensed physicians and state-licensed compounding pharmacies. However, we recommend checking that any provider you use works with a pharmacy that has LegitScript certification or PCAB accreditation. We note these certifications when available.
